Living Sky Wildlife Rehabilitation: Family Evening

Event Details

Interested in learning more about the wildlife in and around our Saskatchewan cities? Because Living Sky Wildlife Rehabilitation is visiting the library for a fun, educational evening this upcoming June 2nd!
We have two separate interactive presentations on local wildlife, including videos, slides, natural objects, question and answers, and even some animal ambassadors. You can attend one or both presentations:
– We start at 4:00pm (ends 5:00pm) with ‘Backyard Wildlife,’
“From bunnies to birds and foxes to fawns, the health of our urban wildlife is a good measurement of the health of our city! Meet some of the common urban wildlife in your backyard, learn how these animals have adapted to survive in proximity to us.”
– Then, after a short break we have ‘Batty for Bats’ at 5:30pm to 6:30 pm,
“Discover the fascinating world of Bats! Meet our friendly big brown bats -nature’s best mosquito control- and learn how these amazing nocturnal “sky puppies” play a vital role in maintaining healthy ecosystems and supporting human survival.”
